BERLIN – The city honored six organizations that have “gone the extra mile” to make Berlin a better place in a ceremony at Monday’s city council meeting. Recognized were the Androscoggin Valley Chamber of Commerce, White Mountail Beagle Club and Paul Partenope, Sylvia Poulin, Diane Davy, the late Robert Platt, and Will O’Brien and his beautification team in Northern Human Services
