Soup kitchen volunteers, arts group leader cited with Westfield volunteer award
WESTFIELD — In a Nov. 1 ceremony at the Westfield Senior Center, Mayor Michael McCabe announced that this year’s Volunteer of the Year awards go to Cheryl and Brian Richards, and Bill Westerlind.

Jacksonville Joins Nationwide Celebration of Volunteers on Extra Mile Day
