On Monday, Oct. 21. Sidney Mayor Rick Norby signed a proclamation designating Nov. 1 Extra Mile Day, as he has done for the past eight years. Opportunities for individuals to make a difference in the community and go the “Extra Mile” are endless. Every organization, church, school and youth group welcomes volunteers to enable them to fulfill their mission.
